The AUG is an automatic rifle that was developed in Austria in the 1970s when the Bullpup Rifle was born. The bullpup structure, which accommodates the engine part in the part equivalent to the stock and combines the length and compactness of the barrel, was being researched and developed in each country at the time, but AUG is called a lightweight structure by adopting a module structure and resin parts Features are included. It is possible to change to a machine gun type or submachine type by replacing the module according to the application, and it is possible to easily replace even in the event of a failure. Designed for use as a military gun, the design gave it the name “Armee Universal Gewehr.”
The kit reproduces the basic military model AUG A1 with a built-in scope and 20-inch barrel. OD receiver and clear magazine are used.
